Ways To Connect Every Sunday

Sunday mornings at Ox Hill include opportunities for learning, worship, and connection for all ages.

9:40 AM Bible Study & Small Groups

Before worship, we gather in smaller groups for Bible study and conversation.

  • Adults — Bible study or guided book discussion
    Rooms 204–206

  • Youth (Middle & High School) — Youth Bible study
Upper Level Youth Room (Hallway to the right of the sanctuary). Youth also hang out Sunday evenings at 6:30PM.

  • Children — Classes in the Children’s Wing
Lower Level, enter at Door 8 by the carport

These groups are relaxed, welcoming, and a great way to get to know people.

11:00 AM Worship Service

Our congregation gathers in the sanctuary for worship through music, prayer, Scripture, and a message from the Bible.

You’ll experience:

  • Congregational singing led by our praise band, along with hymns accompanied by piano

  • Prayer and Scripture readings

  • Brief segment in service dedicated to children, called Kingdom Kids

  • A thoughtful message connecting faith with everyday life

Dress however is comfortable for you, you’ll see everything from jeans to dress clothes.

About halfway through the service, just before the sermon begins, children are invited to head to Children's Church with Pastor Brenda and the Children's Ministry team.

Children’s Church includes a Bible lesson and activities designed just for them.

Participation is completely optional, and families are always welcome to keep their children in worship if they prefer.

(You’ll know when it’s time, the kids are usually very excited to go!)

Children's Church

After the service, many people stay to talk, catch up with friends, and meet someone new.

Just outside the sanctuary, we have a casual gathering space where people often linger for conversation. You’ll usually find coffee, tea, juice, and water available, and often a light snack as well.

Visitors are always welcome to stop by, grab a drink, and say hello. It’s one of the easiest ways to get to know people in our church community.

After all, food is a Baptist's love language.
